Who I am. This website is run by Chris Massamba, trading as Local Growth, Liverpool. You can contact me at chris@localgrowthuk.com.

What I collect. If you use the contact form, I collect your name, phone number, business name (if you give it) and your message.

Why. Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to give you a quote. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send me, and taking steps you ask for before any agreement.

Who else handles it. The site is hosted by Vercel, and form messages are delivered to my inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. They process it only to provide those services and may store it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. If you message me on WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

How long I keep it. Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted, unless you become a client.

Analytics. I use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how I use them, by emailing chris@localgrowthuk.com. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
